Maybe what I think they need to improve is to implement a good mobile application.
I do not like is that if I have to serve the same client with two employees does not allow me to accommodate the services but blocks the space of the two (when I have a bonus, package, or promotion) example a client who wants a manicure with an employee and pedicure with another each service lasts an hour but as they are doing it together lasts an hour, however I blocked two hours of each.
The only thing I have not been able to do is to calculate the salaries well and they could improve in the reports and graphs to have more readable information.
